Brakes Hello, I recently had my brakes changed and rotors worked on. The Team did a nice job. I was able to work and enjoy some breakfast while there. I also enjoyed the showroom. As usual, I think the MB part prices are just high, I know its a highly engineered car, but still :). $1200 for brakes and rotors is a lot no matter how you slice it. I brought it to the Service center for the good work and service I get. Yes you can send me coupons. Bob Net did a very professional job! Cheers to MB. More

First class service I was referred to Mercedes Benz of Tampa by a friend, and to ask Brett . He turned me over to Robert.. Not happy with condition of my car after service performed! My car was in for window tints & a rear spoiler installation on March 15, 2916. The drop off process went smoothly although there were MANY vehicles b My car was in for window tints & a rear spoiler installation on March 15, 2916. The drop off process went smoothly although there were MANY vehicles being dropped off, making it a little overwhelming. I was pleased however that I was given a loaner car since the service would take all day. Picking up my car the next day went fairly easy however I WAS NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE CONDITION OF MY CAR. I was under the impression my car would be washed & interior cleaned during all service visits, as I'm accustomed to & expected from any luxury car dealership. I was told by my service rep that there would be a tape/sticker placed on all 4 power window controls to remind & prevent me from opening all windows for 2 days after the tinting. Stickers were not on any window controls! Also, my car's exterior was very dirty & it wasn't washed. I had it washed the day before I took it in but after my service, it was extremely dirty. The interior hadn't been cleaned either. I drove off the service lot without reporting my complaints right then because the pick up process seemed a little rushed with all the customers & cars lined up there waiting to get out, so I gave my car a quick glance & drove off. I didn't think that I would need to check my car so thoroughly because it was being serviced at a luxury Mercedes Benz dealership. When I got home to check my car in full sun, I noticed how dirty it was but waited until the next day (3/16/16) to call because the service department had already closed. Also today, when my mother got in the front passenger seat, she discovered scratches on that door handle. Upon further inspection, I found a few other scratches on the back door, and on rear of my car. I'm guessing this was done by employees while windows were being tinted, maybe while cutting film with the razor or when the spoiler was being attached. There was also something like glue on the trunk in several places which is probably the substance that was used to attach the spoiler. Since I park my car in my garage & have driven it a few times since purchase, I know the scratches could not have been done anywhere else but at the dealer's. I WAS PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE EXPERIENCE & WITH THE SALES & FINANCE STAFF, BUT ONCE I BOUGHT THE CAR, I FELT THAT I WASN'T TREATED WITH THE SAME IMPORTANCE & COURTESY AS BEFORE DURING MY SERVICE. I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I RECEIVED & THE CONDITION OF MY BRAND NEW CAR AFTER IT WAS SERVICED. I REALLY EXPECTED MUCH MORE FROM A LUXURY CAR DEALERSHIP LIKE MERCEDES BENZ OF TAMPA. More
Not happy I took my Mercedes E350 2013 to the dealer for service and I had a small complain of clicking noise when I turn the steering in the morning the servic I took my Mercedes E350 2013 to the dealer for service and I had a small complain of clicking noise when I turn the steering in the morning the service department get the vehicle overnight to inspect it in the morning. I picked up my Mercedes after 2 days the noise was gone but the car start to drift to the right and took it back to the dealer they kept it overnight four wheel alignment and I got it back assuring that everything was done and the lineman was corrected. I drove the vehicle and still have the same problem. Now I have to take it back for the third time. More

Top-notch organization I recently bough a CPO Mercedes at a different dealer. I was dissatisfied with the service there so I tried MBOT. My experience was excellent. Eric Go I recently bough a CPO Mercedes at a different dealer. I was dissatisfied with the service there so I tried MBOT. My experience was excellent. Eric Gonzalez is responsive, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Not only did they take care of the problem the other dealership could not, they also fixed A problem that the other dealership had caused. I was kept informed of the progress of my car and given a very nice loaner for the duration. I also purchased an accessory from the parts department. It arrived in two days. I will definitely return, both for service and for future purchases! More
