Pleasantly Surprised This was the first time bringing my S500 to the dealership for service out of fear of huge repair bills. I had an AC issue that my independent shop co This was the first time bringing my S500 to the dealership for service out of fear of huge repair bills. I had an AC issue that my independent shop couldn't figure out what was causing the problem so I decided that Mercedes-Benz of Tampa surely would be able to find the problem and repair it. So I left my car with them around 6pm and they put me in a complimentary loaner car without any hassle what so ever. The following day they called and said they found the problem and repaired it for a price WAY less than I could have imagined. My entire experience from when I first arrived at the service center to picking my car up after the work had been completed had been outstanding. My service advisor Rick Greene went above and beyond my expectations and it was such a pleasant experience that from now on Mercedes-Benz of Tampa is the only place I will have my car serviced. So don't be intimidated by bringing your car to the dealership for service out of fear of huge bills because like me I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the more than reasonable prices and outstanding customer service! More
