Structured management, strong execution This dealership is tightly run. It is clean, structured, systematic, efficient, seamless. Staff are well trained, well-dressed, and age-appropriate. This dealership is tightly run. It is clean, structured, systematic, efficient, seamless. Staff are well trained, well-dressed, and age-appropriate. The facility is large, clean, organized, non-cluttered. Intake staff who receive cars when patrons drive up are young, clean-cut kids in their early 20's. Service reps are middle-age, clean, well-dressed, educated professionals. Staff were well-mannered. Decorum was followed. My service rep was Mike Nankovitch. He was impeccably dressed, with clean, stiff, starch-ironed dress shirts. He was better groomed/dressed that half of the trial lawyers I've worked with, and I've worked with a lot of those. Mike's attention to scheduling and detail was superb. He found and reminded me of items I never would have thought to ask to have checked. More importantly, his aura of professionalism commands respect and trust, the latter being an important component in the industry. One thing I've noticed about this dealership for years is that while a pretty substantial percentage of their customers are East Asian, none of their 100 or so employees are East Asian. More
