The vehicle still have the rattling noise in the rear. But when I advisor he simply advise me to bring it back in. In the past if the problem diagnosis will take some time they place you in a loaner. My advisor is always friendly, helpful and goes above and behind to ensure that I am taken care of while keeping me informed every step of the way. The dealership and company in general value the time of their customers. But I just want the noise to go away and my ride to be enjoyable. More

That's a record for me and speaks to the confidence that this dealership has regarding their staff's product knowledge and the deals that they are able to make. In the end, I countered the offer once, received a response in about 5 minutes, and shook hands. The price I paid was a little below fair market for my model and I was entirely pleased. I will most certainly be back when it's time for a new vehicle. More

I even have his mobile number so I can call him directly with any issues I may have. As a matter of fact my CLS is in the shop and Dave Z. has been great in communicating with me on the progress of the repairs. I definitely will continue going to Mercedes Benz of Tampa. By the way I love the free smoothies and coffee and I forgot the car wash are at no charge. AAA service at Mercedes Benz of Tampa. Great job Dave More
