Hopefully just a fluke Starting off I test drove a car that had features that mine didn't so I was thinking it was the same car until I drove home and tried to reverse and n Starting off I test drove a car that had features that mine didn't so I was thinking it was the same car until I drove home and tried to reverse and noticed I didn't have a back up camera. Secondly we negotiated that I would pay 500 down and have. A total payment of 500 with every thing included when I talk to the business manager it came out to be 560 a month until I had to put down 2000 dollars. Also I was told that I could bring a posts ayes check for the down payment. I get call almost at 10pm asking for the down payment that night and I could come by and drop of a check at 10 pm in Tampa when I live in Riverview. The was told that I would just get the deal reversed since I didn't have the money on hand. Minutes later get told that it would be okay and bring in a check in the morning. Hopefully this is no way how the dealership operates daily business. If it is the usual customer service like this I will gladly go back to BMW. More

Airport Parking Service I would not recommend this service. I called the dealership as soon as I landed and it was an hour before I was picked up after 2 additional calls bet I would not recommend this service. Waited another 15 mins at the dealership to get my vehicle and it was not cleaned which is part of the service. More
