Thank you for the best experience ever, I've been through a tough time with my credit and finances and was worried about going to a buy her pay here d Thank you for the best experience ever, I've been through a tough time with my credit and finances and was worried about going to a buy her pay here dealer so I put off car buying for alot longer than I really wanted. I finally saw an ad for Mercedes of Tampa Bay on Facebook, filled out my credit application and sent it, The response was quick and it was Bruno, He was enthusiastic and ready to help. Im a really busy small business owner and i don't have much time to be on a phone, so Bruno was there with text messages replying my every question, getting me ready for what I thought was going to be my car buying dread. But guess what, It was great, Bruno wasn't pushy, he was down to earth, honest and willing to help me. When I arrived to Mercedes of Tampa I was greeted promptly and nicely and mind you I was in my work clothes. Didn't make a difference. Bruno was prompt and very knowledgeable of all the cars I asked about. We sat down and it was EASY, not PAINFUL. The staff was great, Brett was easy to talk to and he explained every last detail and our options, he gave us some great advise. In Finance, Matt was terrific, easy again, knowledgeable and caring and quick. We actually bought 2 cars, one for me and one for my dad. I just want to say THANK YOU Bruno and the staff at MB of Tampa. Thanks to you, car buying experience is FUN again!!!!! More

Dave Zupkowski is great Dave has been my only point of contact. This our 7th Mercedes. We thought we were buying quality, until the wood trim began to fall off our 2010 5 Dave has been my only point of contact. This our 7th Mercedes. We thought we were buying quality, until the wood trim began to fall off our 2010 550E coupe. The service center said they would charge us $1,900 to replace the wood trim, because it was not a warranty item. That is not standing behind a quality product. More

Service and Warranty Issues Warranty Issues. February 2008 we purchased a new CL-65 AMG from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and Paid an additional $4,880.00 for the Mercedes-Benz Extend Warranty Issues. February 2008 we purchased a new CL-65 AMG from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and Paid an additional $4,880.00 for the Mercedes-Benz Extended Limited Warranty to cover the vehicle until February of 2015. While traveling October 2014, the electronic emergency brake actuator failed and was difficult to release. Stopped at Mercedes of North Olmsted Ohio and they failed to acknowledge the extended warranty existed. They also indicated the parts would take several days to obtain and we could not delay our trip to wait. We indicated we would not set the brake (since it may not release) and we would have the problem fixed once we had a week to wait for parts and repair. Several weeks ahead, and while the warranty was in effect, we scheduled for MB of Littleton Colorado to obtain the parts and repair the issue under the extended warranty. They also would not acknowledge the warranty existed. They failed to hold the parts as promised (even though we pre-paid for them) and sent them back prior to the scheduled repair date. MB of Littleton then waited to request additional re-order time for the parts only after the car was brought in for the prearranged service. Our time in Colorado was up and we had no additional time to wait for parts and once again had to leave without the repair being done. In February 2016 we contacted Mercedes-Benz of Tampa and asked them to honor the extended warranty and were told to contact MB corporate direct. Spoke to Heidi and she indicated the warranty was now out of date and to take it in to MB of Tampa and they would see what they could do, resulting in no coverage. We paid $1,898.40 for the repair that should have been covered and coverage was not honored. More

Excellent service experience I received good customer service from your service employee Darrell. He was attentive to my needs, by answering my many questions. He had service check my tire treads and informed me that I needed new tires. He estimated my cost including an alignment and balance. He was informative and explain want the technicians were doing to my vehicle at each stage. I also had problems trying to utilize my navigation system, Darrell got someone to assist me. This is not related to the experience but I would Iike your Tampa Mercedes site carry nitrogen which is suppose to help you tires preform better. More
