He was informative and explain want the technicians were doing to my vehicle at each stage. I also had problems trying to utilize my navigation system, Darrell got someone to assist me. Never too small a job for good service Needed a lower beam headlight lamp changed on Saturday morning. You would think a task presumably as simple as that could be handled by the owner.
