Like being part of the family! I have leased a few cars in my life, and it was always a cold feeling that I got from the dealers. I always felt like it was me vs. them. Not this tim I have leased a few cars in my life, and it was always a cold feeling that I got from the dealers. I always felt like it was me vs. them. Not this time. Bruno was lake a teammate, someone from the old neighborhood. He never pushed and if anything took my side and my needs into consideration over the sale. I would not for one moment think twice about going back to him. In fact if I did not get the car today I would have come back in a few months and done it then. I can't say that about anyone else I looked at. Part 2: We are all human, and prepping a car is not an exact art. I wanted to share some feedback after the fact. I am what you would call SUPER Anal…and I leaded a black car(Triple Black I’ve been told), so as you would expect I got the car home and looked it over one more time. As any normal person would expect I found a few little surface scratches, again I am not normal. I send Bruno a text and Julian called me to follow up on the purchase not 5 min later. I explained my OCD/SUPER Anal ways and with out skipping a beat he said when you bring it in for the first wash we will see what we can do to make it perfect. One would expect the old “well that happens and you will always see those things in a black car” line, but not in this case. A + all the way around. More
