I appreciated that there was a quite room to read while I waited for my car to be serviced. All and all it went very well. I had two nails holes in my tires but since I have the tire warrenty Mercedes fixed those for me. So that was really nice. I got to leave there with my car in tip top shop and all nice and clean! Not satisfied ! I brought my AMG for a gas tank leak which was fixed. I also told the service advisor who is very polite and professional that my breaks are still squ I brought my AMG for a gas tank leak which was fixed. I also told the service advisor who is very polite and professional that my breaks are still squeaking very loud. This problem was brought to their attention over a year ago and told me that my break pads and rotters are fine but must be the break dust, so I needed to break hard once in a while. I guess to take the dust off the rotter. That never solved the problem and breaking hard once in a while sounds ridiculous. So I figured while I was there I brought up the problem of my breaks again. They inspected and I was told my pads and rotters are still fine but in order to fix the problem I would have to change the rotters and pads. So it is mind boggling that my AMG is under warranty and that was not done. Why tell me about it and not do it and fix the problem. I feel that they want to do as little as possible when warranty is the issue. More

How many repair attempts does it take? I came back from a relaxing weekend away to find that my car would not start. This is the 6th time that I have had issues starting the vehicle. Alth I came back from a relaxing weekend away to find that my car would not start. This is the 6th time that I have had issues starting the vehicle. Although they did find error codes, the cause went un-diagnosed, and the vehicle was returned without any repairs, and with a suggestion to "lock my car each time I get out." This is something that despite this suggestion, I already do and have done since the vehicle was purchased. Mercedes corporate has been made aware of this situation, and as I wrote the last time I completed a review on here, I hope they take this to heart and do the right thing. Knowing you have someone who can get stranded somewhere, which has happened to me because of this issue, I would hope you would not only realize the absurdity of it all, but also the safety issue that it causes. On another note, and so no one confuses the car issue vs. the service issue, my service adviser is great, car just has an issue that cannot seem to be repaired. More
