Only regret that my new car might not give me as many opportunities to see Dan :-) Also love the new service area. Convertible Service I was quite happy with all aspects of my service at this dealership. The convertible would not function so that was corrected. No Headache! Ironically my "new-to-me" 2014 GLK broke down while at the bank making my very first payment on it. Normally this would have been a very frustrating Ironically my "new-to-me" 2014 GLK broke down while at the bank making my very first payment on it. Normally this would have been a very frustrating experience; however, Mercedes of Tampa took such good care of me that the whole incident was headache free. Upon notifying them of the issue, roadside assistance was on scene within 15 minutes trying to diagnose the issue. Unable to get the car started, they initiated a tow to Mercedes of Tampa at no cost to me. Upon arrival at the dealership I was presented with a loaner car and was on my way within 10 minutes. They replaced the defective part at no cost to me since it was covered under warranty. Mercedes really made a frustrating situation very easy. I greatly appreciate the way it was handled and ease of the entire process. More
