No Headache! Ironically my "new-to-me" 2014 GLK broke down while at the bank making my very first payment on it. Normally this would have been a very frustrating experience; however, Mercedes of Tampa took such good care of me that the whole incident was headache free. Upon notifying them of the issue, roadside assistance was on scene within 15 minutes trying to diagnose the issue. Unable to get the car started, they initiated a tow to Mercedes of Tampa at no cost to me. Upon arrival at the dealership I was presented with a loaner car and was on my way within 10 minutes. They replaced the defective part at no cost to me since it was covered under warranty. Mercedes really made a frustrating situation very easy. I greatly appreciate the way it was handled and ease of the entire process. More

Thank You! The Service Advisor I've dealt with in the past was unavailable, so Dan Polen jumped in and took over with my service appointment...and he was great. The Service Advisor I've dealt with in the past was unavailable, so Dan Polen jumped in and took over with my service appointment...and he was great. One of my rims required attention, and although it took an additional day or so without my own vehicle, Dan was in continuous contact with updates. And I didn't mind the extra time without my car. Mercedes provided me with a loaner (which I loved driving...latest model of my vehicle) and I was pleased that my rim was receiving the necessary attention. This is my first Mercedes and I enjoyed the later model loaner so much, I'm looking forward to my next upgrade. Thanks again, Dan. You were awesome!! Also, upon returning to drop off the loaner and to pick up my vehicle, Dan was tied up at that moment. And instead of leaving me stranded at his workstation, his next door neighbor, Ellen Tackett, called me over to her area and also provided me with top-notch service. She finished up my paperwork and had me out of there and on my way within minutes. Thank you too, Ellen! More
