Outstanding Dealership and Personal Service to back it up! I have been at your Mercedes-Benz Dealership several times in the past, but was never able to close a deal on a new car until now. Bernie Freedman took the time to explain everything about the car I was interested in. He even pulled out several of the cars I was interested in and I was able to go on several test drives - The best thing was the personal service and genuine interest Bernie brought to the table. The rest of the people I had met were also very personable. They all to the time to explain things and the best part was I was never pressured into buying a car. The trade-in value of my SUV was more than fair - Had it not been for Bernie I would not have purchased a car that day! More

However, we are still experiencing several issues with our 2011 ML350 despite several maintenance services. Our concern is really SAFETY as our car stalls in heavy traffic and the "orange light CHECK ENGINE comes on constantly. Recently, Mercedes Benz Corp agreed to remediate the aforementioned issues. The car was taken for service. The car was returned to us on 02/15/2016 in the afternoon; next morning on 2/16/2016, the same "stalling and check engine light" again happened. The service center was contacted and the car was taken back same day. We are very concerned about our SAFETY when operating this vehicle; very afraid that we could get involved in a terrible accident due to these recurrent stalling episodes. When we opted to choose Mercedes Benz as our choice of vehicle, SAFETY and DURABILITY were indeed our deciding factor. However, we are now doubting our decision... More

When I decided to buy at the last minute instead of lease, they gladly reprinted all the paperwork. Had the service group wire in my radar, wasn't cheap for work appears to be excellent. More

Also, good luck ever reaching anyone about follow-up on the status of your repairs since nobody is EVER available on the phones, regardless of the number of attempts you make. The two receptionists (who were extremely pleasant, professional, patient, and somewhat embarrassed by the lack of ability to reach anyone) attempted to connect me to every line in the dealership numerous times, only to find that absolutely nobody was ever available. And, despite leaving multiple messages for a LOT of different people, none of them ever returned my calls. This being my first need for service on our new Mercedes, I had pretty high expectations of the level of support that I'd receive, but was completely disappointed and disgusted by the lack of communication and inefficiencies in the entire process. In the end, after even more miscommunication among dealership staff about the time that my vehicle would be ready, we finally received our car only FOUR hours later than originally promised. However, everything does seem to be working fine now, so I guess that was the main intent, so big kudos to the mechanics who actually did the work. More
