Robert took the time to keep us informed throughout the entire process making sure we had everything we needed at all times. Sales manager Ron also checked on us several times which is unheard of in this business. Delivery and registration process also seamless. Matt in finance was very efficient and professional. Our time is important and was never wasted! Quick and efficient start to finish! I was impressed with the whole experience. Oh and the car is gorgeous!! I love it!!! We could not be happier. More

Outstanding Dealership and Personal Service to back it up! I have been at your Mercedes-Benz Dealership several times in the past, but was never able to close a deal on a new car until now. Bernie Freedman to I have been at your Mercedes-Benz Dealership several times in the past, but was never able to close a deal on a new car until now. Bernie Freedman took the time to explain everything about the car I was interested in. He even pulled out several of the cars I was interested in and I was able to go on several test drives - The best thing was the personal service and genuine interest Bernie brought to the table. The rest of the people I had met were also very personable. They all to the time to explain things and the best part was I was never pressured into buying a car. The trade-in value of my SUV was more than fair - Had it not been for Bernie I would not have purchased a car that day! More

Our service advisor Mike, always exceed our expectation. Our experience with our service advisor, Mike, is always a great experience. However, we are still experiencing several issues with our 2011 ML350 des Our experience with our service advisor, Mike, is always a great experience. However, we are still experiencing several issues with our 2011 ML350 despite several maintenance services. Our concern is really SAFETY as our car stalls in heavy traffic and the "orange light CHECK ENGINE comes on constantly. Recently, Mercedes Benz Corp agreed to remediate the aforementioned issues. The car was taken for service. The car was returned to us on 02/15/2016 in the afternoon; next morning on 2/16/2016, the same "stalling and check engine light" again happened. The service center was contacted and the car was taken back same day. We are very concerned about our SAFETY when operating this vehicle; very afraid that we could get involved in a terrible accident due to these recurrent stalling episodes. When we opted to choose Mercedes Benz as our choice of vehicle, SAFETY and DURABILITY were indeed our deciding factor. However, we are now doubting our decision... More
