No Coffee or donuts? The work on my Mercedes was performed timely and the staff was very helpful! I was charged a $42 charge for garage supplies or something! Got there early, 8am, and couldn't believe there was no complimentary coffee or donuts or pastry. I guess I'm just used to that type of customer appreciation from Kuhn Honda! Anyway, I may have to shop around for service in the future. I heard there is a new Mercedes dealership in Wesley Chapel. This used to be such a nice dealership that appreciate their customers! Oh well, I guess they feel that the extra $42 would get you a cup of coffee! More

Mercedes Should Take Notes from Service Center Team! I purchased a new 2014 Mercedes ML350 in July of 2013 from this dealership. It has about 26,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, it seems as though I dri I purchased a new 2014 Mercedes ML350 in July of 2013 from this dealership. It has about 26,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, it seems as though I drive a loaner vehicle more than my own due to an undetermined mechanical failure that leaves me unable to get into the car and/or use the remote start, and even more recently, it also drains the battery to the point that the car is dead when I go to use it. My experiences surpass the requirements on the lemon law in terms of both attempts at resolving the issue and days out of service. Unfortunately, my mention of this to the service team has gone no where due to what I am guessing is a corporate policy of Mercedes. As such, and upon receiving an emailed request to rate the dealership, I felt compelled to write this, hoping maybe this will get Mercedes Benz USA's attention. As I have told the advisers, I will be completing the lemon law paperwork and taking that next step. Please note that this is no reflection on the service I have received from the team there, who is always diligent in their attempts to get this resolved, and handle the same in a professional and sympathetic manner. I am just hoping at some point, even Mercedes will agree that enough is enough and make the situation right. When there are close to 5 failed attempts to fix something that could result in a safety issue (someone being stranded) and weeks of out of service, I would hope anyone would agree THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT THE LEMON LAW IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT!!!!! More

unscheduled repair A part had been back-ordered and Dustin called when it arrived. He said drop in anytime and they would work the car in.
