When we bring it back they tell us we don't need the part because it was our fault the part wasn't working. After a day the part failed again! So now we have to make a 3rd trip to get it fixed. How does the first mechanic decide the part needed replacement only to have a second say it's user error after they had ordered the part for us. It's clear that Mercedes of Tampa is not even trying to be good! More

I have since purchased a vehicle from the Lake Land dealership where my vehicle was serviced. Huge Dealership/ Specialized Service First time I have driven to Tampa Mercedes for service which was recommended by my son. First of all I couldn't believe how busy the service departm First time I have driven to Tampa Mercedes for service which was recommended by my son. First of all I couldn't believe how busy the service department was. I was told it would take approximately 2 1/2 hours for my service, and in that time, well over 100 cars came in for service. The dealership was buzzing!! I expected a major delay because of the crowd, but to my surprise it was finished within the time stated, and my service tech gave me personalized treatment including installing a new license plate holder after the service was completed. It was a great experience and I completely trust the work done on my car. If you want a great car service experience head toward Tampa Mercedes and ask for Dave Z.! He will give you the personal service you expect when you own a Mercedes. More

New to area Needed to get A service for a c class I rented in upstate NY. Everything was ok, except compared to other mb dealers, the service level was inferior. No loaner, crowded waiting area where you had to pay for snacks. No big deal, just not the great service I get at Keeler or the dealership in Westminister Colorado. More
