Huge Dealership/ Specialized Service First time I have driven to Tampa Mercedes for service which was recommended by my son. First of all I couldn't believe how busy the service departm First time I have driven to Tampa Mercedes for service which was recommended by my son. First of all I couldn't believe how busy the service department was. I was told it would take approximately 2 1/2 hours for my service, and in that time, well over 100 cars came in for service. The dealership was buzzing!! I expected a major delay because of the crowd, but to my surprise it was finished within the time stated, and my service tech gave me personalized treatment including installing a new license plate holder after the service was completed. It was a great experience and I completely trust the work done on my car. If you want a great car service experience head toward Tampa Mercedes and ask for Dave Z.! He will give you the personal service you expect when you own a Mercedes. More
