Repair Service While traveling the battery indicator came on. Brought the car to Mercedes of Tampa, within 20 min. the car was in and they diagnosed the issue. Par While traveling the battery indicator came on. Brought the car to Mercedes of Tampa, within 20 min. the car was in and they diagnosed the issue. Parts had to be ordered. The associate called my 3rd party warranty, handled everything. I had a loaner car and with in 1 hr of just arriving there I was out the door. The next day by 1:00 pm the repair was completed. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. I felt like I was working with my dealer at home. More

Amazing Service! I had such a wonderful experience. I had to bring my toddler with me, and they made sure we were in and out in about an hour! Plus, they let us take over the waiting room (we packed lots of toys to keep him busy) in a quite area so my son could spread out.
