We were looking to purchase a CPO'd E350 Sedan for my wife with some Mark Sheets provided the best car buying experience I have had in over 30 years. We were looking to purchase a CPO'd E350 Sedan for my wife with some very specific requirements and a set budget. We met with Mark and he took the time to listen to my wife's requests and wants in a car. Mark was never pushy and stayed vigilant as he continued to patiently provide options over 3 months until he found the "right" car for my wife. Once the car was readied, Chris (Coop) Cooprider assisted in breezing thru the purchase/finance process and even saved us more money by providing finance options we hadn't considered. Mark sets the standard for the proper way to treat a customer and make purchasing a car a First Class experience. More

This purchase experience was so much better than that one. Everyone was kind and professional. Luis Garcia was great to work with in sales, Ron Wordon checked in on us several times, showing genuine interest and concern. Jerry Cardine was great to work with when signing all of those papers! We really appreciated how well everyone treated us and the professional atmosphere. We would definitely purchase here again. More

Very disappointed I made an appointment last Monday for a B1 service and rim repairs. My service representative called on Tuesday to confirm the Wednesday appointment a I made an appointment last Monday for a B1 service and rim repairs. My service representative called on Tuesday to confirm the Wednesday appointment and assure that there shouldn't be any problems. When I delivered the vehicle on Wednesday morning, I was informed that the vehicle required a few days in the shop and there were no loaners available. I was shuttle home and was without a vehicle from Wednesday to Saturday. Although I was offered and received a courtesy detail, I was very disappointed not receiving a loaner especially for that period of time. More
