It was a hassle to drive from orlando to tampa to find what we want, well worth it. Amaury was our salesman, very curteous and polite, non-aggressive. The guy spent a lot of time going over the details of the car, which I truly appreciate. The car did come with few issues from the begining but Armaury personally took take of the problems and delivered to our house. That is the kind of customer services that every MB owner should received. I will certainly return for my next MB More

There was no warm welcome, no explanation of anything and I had to follow up and get updates on repairs. I am pretty sure if I didn't call to check on status, my car would have stayed a couple of days longer with repairs complete. I expressed my feelings and concerns to the service manager, Fernando and he was very accommodating and understood my frustrations completely. He did his best to rectify the short comings of the service and that is the reason I gave the stars and reccomdation, otherwise I truthfully would have given a negative review. I will consider bringing my car back to this dealership for service but I will more then likely take it to Lokey, where I purchased my vehicle. More

From the first greeting over my long distance call from Jacksonville, Fl ,t That is how I would describe my car purchasing experience with Gary Green. From the first greeting over my long distance call from Jacksonville, Fl ,to the final good-bye as I drove my beautiful C-300 away from the dealership, Gary assumed the responsibility of making my car purchasing experience, smooth, efficient and successful. Prior to the day of purchase, Gary sent me a to do list in order to have my paperwork completed before my arrival the next day. He knew I was coming off of a two day, 12 hour work schedule and he wanted to save me as much time as possible since I was driving 4 hours there and 4 hours back on the same day. He was awesome with follow-up and follow through. He was actually in the lobby waiting for me as I drove up to the dealership with anticipation and took me directly to see the car for the first time. It was breathtaking!! Learning how to navigate through the car was directed by Mary Johnson and she did a fantastic job explaining and demonstrating the car's features. She even encouraged return demonstration during her presentation. Jared completed the finance paperwork. He was friendly and extremely thorough with his explanations. I am so thankful that Gary answered the phone that day and will be looking forward to having a life long car buying experience with him and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. More
