First service visit First time I brought in my CPO GL450. Not sure what to expect but was delighted when Rick said it was only a minor issue. Mercedes don't seems like care anymore!! I Asked for the car loaner and answer I was given by the car service rep --> 'If it's more than 2 hours then it will be provided'!!! Really??? 'It will be provided to you on your next service because it will be longer time'!!! Huh!! I asked for car wash and vacuum!!! None was done properly!! If above is true then please change this rule!!! Loving my new car!!! I recently purchased a 2016 CLA 250 after my 2008 Mercedes C300 was a total loss. I knew I wanted another Red Mercedes (No Question) so I called Sedd I recently purchased a 2016 CLA 250 after my 2008 Mercedes C300 was a total loss. I knew I wanted another Red Mercedes (No Question) so I called Seddrick. The team (Brett, Seddrick, Darrell, Angelo, and Grace) were so courteous and helpful. Seddrick listened to my needs and wants and he delivered more than I expected.... I still have a lot to learn about my new car but I am certainly having fun learning!!! More

New brakes in December 2014, new paint job (covered by my warranty) in January 2015, car flood that included a new engine (she found me a refurbished MB engine rather than the used one that State Farm wanted to put in) in August 2015, further flood damage repairs in September 2015, and a valet mishap that required a new grille in January 2016. Ellen should be completely sick of me, but she is always most welcoming and makes me feel like the most important customer she has. I am so grateful to have Ellen, and I have Mark Gray to thank for that. I bought/leased 2 cars from him at Saab and would have followed him anywhere when he left there. (I'm grateful that he didn't choose Hyundai!) MBOT is the best car dealership in Tampa, and I recommend it to all of my friends. More
My experience was surpurb. My spare tire for my SL550 was not holding air and I brought it in for repair. I was told by another Mercedes dealership that it could not be repai My spare tire for my SL550 was not holding air and I brought it in for repair. I was told by another Mercedes dealership that it could not be repaired and that I would need to purchase an entire new spare tire kit. However, it seemed that this was not the case. I am very happy with my service advisor and the service that I always receive at this dealership. More
