New brakes in December 2014, new paint job (covered by my warranty) in January 2015, car flood that included a new engine (she found me a refurbished MB engine rather than the used one that State Farm wanted to put in) in August 2015, further flood damage repairs in September 2015, and a valet mishap that required a new grille in January 2016. Ellen should be completely sick of me, but she is always most welcoming and makes me feel like the most important customer she has. I am so grateful to have Ellen, and I have Mark Gray to thank for that. I bought/leased 2 cars from him at Saab and would have followed him anywhere when he left there. (I'm grateful that he didn't choose Hyundai!) MBOT is the best car dealership in Tampa, and I recommend it to all of my friends. More

My experience was surpurb. My spare tire for my SL550 was not holding air and I brought it in for repair. I was told by another Mercedes dealership that it could not be repaired and that I would need to purchase an entire new spare tire kit. However, it seemed that this was not the case. I am very happy with my service advisor and the service that I always receive at this dealership. More

"B" service Overall good, I had no issues with the cost and upkeep with the regular service notification and implementation. But not happy with the de lamination Overall good, I had no issues with the cost and upkeep with the regular service notification and implementation. But not happy with the de lamination of interior covering. The plastic grain panels have delaminated since purchase. There's one panel broken and another panel delaminated on the passenger front door. This is an eye sore and nuisance that deters from an otherwise pleasing car. The interior adhesive is obvisiously inadequate. This appears to be a design issue. It will be a concern during consideration of my next purchase. More
