"B" service Overall good, I had no issues with the cost and upkeep with the regular service notification and implementation. But not happy with the de lamination Overall good, I had no issues with the cost and upkeep with the regular service notification and implementation. But not happy with the de lamination of interior covering. The plastic grain panels have delaminated since purchase. There's one panel broken and another panel delaminated on the passenger front door. This is an eye sore and nuisance that deters from an otherwise pleasing car. The interior adhesive is obvisiously inadequate. This appears to be a design issue. It will be a concern during consideration of my next purchase. More

Warranty Repair I brought my car for a warranty repair which was performed by a third party. Dustin was the Service Rep who assisted me. Purchased new MB E350 Sport I dealt with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa Bay on the phone and they were very proactive in getting back to me with an aggressive price and asked me about po I dealt with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa Bay on the phone and they were very proactive in getting back to me with an aggressive price and asked me about possible affiliations with groups that might provide savings (e.g. USAA Car Buying Service, Costco, etc) that turned up additional savings. As a result, MB of Tampa Bay had the lowest price in addition to their very professional approach so that is where I purchased it. When I visited their Dealership to close the transaction, they were very efficient in the paperwork, not taking too much my time, and the Concierge was excellent orienting me on the car's great features. unexpected visit On the way home form work the engine light came on and the engine began shaking with acceleration. I brought the car to the dealership around 3:30. I did not have an appointment and did not call in advance. My usual consultant was not working so I was assigned another representative. He promptly took care of me and brought the car back to the shop. Within an hour i had my car back and was heading home in my superbly running freshly washed car. More
