As a result, MB of Tampa Bay had the lowest price in addition to their very professional approach so that is where I purchased it. When I visited their Dealership to close the transaction, they were very efficient in the paperwork, not taking too much my time, and the Concierge was excellent orienting me on the car's great features. More

I did not have an appointment and did not call in advance. My usual consultant was not working so I was assigned another representative. He promptly took care of me and brought the car back to the shop. Within an hour i had my car back and was heading home in my superbly running freshly washed car. More

Great experience! Worth the drive We drove 3.5 hours from Jacksonville to purchase a car for our daughter, and it was well worth it!! Jonathan was very helpful, and courteous - but was not "pushy" like some salesman are. We loved the cafe with complimentary refreshments after our long drive. The only "downside" with our experience, was when we dealt with Angelo in the business/finance office. He literally went with the first bank that approved us, instead of searching until he found the lowest interest. When I told him that it was too high of interest for a used car, and for our good credit scores, he kept researching and found a bank that was almost a full 1% lower interest rate! He was also somewhat condescending when I asked him what the $699 dealer fee was for, by replying "hopefully you did your research before coming here, and knew about this fee". Finally, we wanted to transfer plates from a car we weren't using to this car, and he couldn't figure out why the computer kept calculating the transfer so high, so we ended up paying over $300 to transfer plates. His response - "I'll put a note on it, so they'll see it upstairs and you SHOULD get your money back". More
