Unprofessional Customer Service We had just purchased a Mercedes in December as a Christmas gift for our daughter and this was our first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa servic We had just purchased a Mercedes in December as a Christmas gift for our daughter and this was our first experience with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa service department. When we arrived for our appointment, we were informed that our service adviser was assisting another customer and we were offered a complimentary drink from the café. At this time we were impressed. After receiving our drinks, we decided to look at the accessories. As we came around the corner, I noticed our adviser signal to another employee that he was leaving for lunch. I went to the customer service desk to ask for another adviser and was told that I had to find someone myself. As I walked down the aisle, everyone was on their phones, except for the gentleman at the end. When I explained my situation, he responded by telling me that he was not a service adviser. As I expressed my frustration, he agreed to find someone to assist us. As we walked back up the aisle, all of the advisers were still on their phones, until a gentleman at the end that was just returning to his desk agreed to assist us. Everything went smoothly after this. I was just surprised that our first adviser would leave us waiting while he went to lunch and I was even more shocked when I was told that I needed to find another adviser myself. Not what I expected from a Mercedes dealership. More

My service advisor Dustin The Tampa dealership is known through the .medical community for bad service. BUT.I have only receive SUPERIOR service from my advisor Dustin Rogers. Contacting him is easy..he works around my schedule ( I'm a busy physician who lives 15 miles away)., He is cordial..reliable....Hence i have recommended ypur dealerahip to all friends and colleagues.
