We were a bit anxious and apprehensive about ?nance terms and car buying in general, having had a previously troublesome experience with our last car purchase at another dealership. Adil put us at ease immediately. He is a very approachable, friendly guy. Adil went to great lengths, and spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining our ?nancing options. He graciously answered all of our questions and explained the sales contract in every detail. Advil went out of his way to ?nd us an extremely bene?cial ?nance rate. Adil made every attempt to assure that we would leave pleased with the service he was providing, and that we would leave Tampa Mercedes satis?ed with our purchase and customer service. We actually had fun experience working with Adil. We left feeling very happy and good about our experience. Its nice to feel welcome. More

Professionalism I was thoroughly impressed with the MB Service staff at MB of Tampa. Recently while driving an unexpected instrument panel malfunction caused an unsch I was thoroughly impressed with the MB Service staff at MB of Tampa. Recently while driving an unexpected instrument panel malfunction caused an unscheduled visit to MB of Tampa. I had never been to a MB Service other than where I had purchased my vehicle. Two individuals; Service Advisor, David Vaughn; MB Service Sales (MB Parts/Accessories Shop) Barbara, refreshingly exhibited the highest levels of professionalism and customer service i had experienced from any company. David regularly kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and offered sound recommendations regarding MB care and future service. He personally hailed to loaner vehicle details walked me through what changes had been made to my vehicle and t Barbara's skills in my opinion would be more rewarding proved on the showroom floor. I shop in luxury shops regularly and no one made feel better in moderate priced MB merchandise than she. The fact everyone thoughts I work for Mercedes-Benz when I wear them is immaterial. Barbara Hawkins convinced me to spend hundreds on MB brand merchandise simply by listening attentively and providing her customer with what he asked for. Surprisingly when she did not have what I needed in Mens she convinced me to buy Ladies, something I've never done. Barbara took the time to Special Order products that where current but not in stock and she followed up to ensure it was delivered properly. If my recent visit to MB of Tampa is any indication of the level of service and professionalism I can come to expect? I say, YooHoo! More

Jerry build repaired ML350 Liftgate strut was stuck at opened while operating, glad I found nearest dealership when I was in Tampa. Service department told me they can f ML350 Liftgate strut was stuck at opened while operating, glad I found nearest dealership when I was in Tampa. Service department told me they can fix it as replacement, After an hour, my car was ready to pickup. No charge under warranty coverage. So far so good. I came back to my home in Fort Myers ( 2 hours drove from.), And I found the replaced parts are not the same parts as I had before. Well, it's maybe OEM, but it looks upside down after installation, And they definitely looks like missing end caps on each end of all struts. They were very secured and tight covered end caps on the ends to protect the pins from strut, but now I can see all pins on each end, it looks like missing covers. Also, left strut is tightly installed, but the right strut is not like left side, feels little loose. I need to see service again when I have chance shortly. More

Along with Matt who finished making my experience that much better. He is hilarious and makes sure you understand everything your doing before signing the dotted line. I would recommend Mercedes-Benz on Tampa to anyone that is looking for a great buy along with an amazing customer experience. More

Great, informative service. When I arrived in the service tunnel I was greeted and told to go inside to see my service advisor. This was my first time here so when I walked in to When I arrived in the service tunnel I was greeted and told to go inside to see my service advisor. This was my first time here so when I walked in to the office I didn't know where to go and it seemed everyone was on the phone or helping someone. My ONLY negative about my experience here was that someone didn't say that they would be right with me. I stood there until I saw someone was free and introduced myself. From that point on it was a GREAT experience. Rick kept me informed and kept me updated about my repair. The lounge was very comfortable, they have a coffee bar and nice comfortable chairs. There was no hidden fee's and solid recommendations were made. More
