Dan Willing I have had 19 BMW's and recently switched to Mercedes having three of them. part of the reason was that I did not want the 4 cylinders of BMW and want I have had 19 BMW's and recently switched to Mercedes having three of them. part of the reason was that I did not want the 4 cylinders of BMW and wanted the larger Mercedes engines. However, in addition, a big reason to switch to Mercedes was the professionalism of the Tampa dealership, especially the service department. As you may see I have had a lot of experience with expensive automobiles but never before the professionalism shown by Dan Willing. He is absolutely the best service person that I have ever dealt with. He was very professional by taking time to explain what was to happen during the servicing of my car and kept me informed throughout the morning. He is an asset to your organization that you need to appreciate. More

There was a recall on the computer system to upgrade and the auxiliary battery had to be replaced and it was still under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. My car was washed and vacuumed. I waited in the lounge with a nice warm tea(free). I shopped for some merchandised that was on sale, which I needed and I could use. Above all, my advisor was just awesome. He explained everything very clearly so I didn't have any concerns whatsoever. Love going to the nice and very clean place including the restroom. Forgot to mention the polite gentleman who took my car before my advisor. More

After trying to deal with my local dealership in Sarasota I was pleasantly surprised working with Larry Pfingsten (sales) and Mercedes Benz of Tampa. After trying to deal with my local dealership in Sarasota with disappointing results, I decided to call up to Tampa to look for my new S550. There were no shenanigans; no back and forth til they wear you down tactics-just a great deal with the service to back it up. I drove my new car home the next day. Sure there is a MB dealer closer to home, however I find there service center lacking compared to the personal service, and care Ive observed not only to myself ,but ive seen the staff go above and beyond to WOW. Since coming to MBT, Rick Greene makes me feel like family.....a brother from the same mother, I don't mean to sound mushy, my interaction with the service at his station, makes the trip worth it.
