Since the car was not in stock (in fact not even released for US sales yet), we spoke to Kevin Cao about our needs. Without us requesting it he put a car to our specs in one of the open build slots and was able to deliver it 6 weeks earlier than the other dealer we were dealing with. Kevin, kept us well informed, handled our trade and made the overall buying experience outstanding. When we came to pick up the car, everything was ready and Mary Johnson's excellent training on the new cars features was extremely helpful. More

Continued problem with wheels After repairing the rims in the recent past and buying all new tires, the problem continued and the ride wasn't smooth. The waiting room is wonderful and I enjoyed a hot beverage while watching the goings on in the service bay. Mike is a great service advisor - very professional and courteous.
