When I purchased my new car I worked with Tobias Czock and James Berger and could not have been more pleased. Jared White handled the financing and made it as easy as possible. I would highly recommend any of these individuals. More
One of the Best Customer Service Experiences Ever! Driving home from work last week I experienced the loss of my power steering in my E350 sedan and then the engine began to overheat. After towing to the dealership, my Customer Service rep Ellen out of the Tampa Bay location put me in a loaner for a few days while parts got ordered from Jacksonville. I can't say enough about the level of service that Ellen demonstrated, always calling me to let me know of updates on the repairs. With a possible bill of $1500, I wound up paying half of that after Ellen coordinated with my insurance company to work out the details. Ellen's the Best! More

Service - excellent, Dustin Rogers is a chief at finding whats wrong with your car and getting it fixed and done right. He will walk back to his service team and mechanics and get the job done right. Parts- excellent , Barbara can find that part you want and get it in less than 24/48 hrs. She is a superb parts coordinator. Finance/Sales/Management- Tom Fallon sold me my first car, and he will sell me my all. I spend lots of time on the road and he helps yiu find that right vehicle for your travels. Financing was a quick and easy check and off you go with your car. A decent and honest staff. More

Oil change and recall for airbag I have been coming to this service center for the last 8 years, we have always received very good service, but this time I was disappointed. I was tol I have been coming to this service center for the last 8 years, we have always received very good service, but this time I was disappointed. I was told that no rentals for oil change, just like that did not give me options. We were in waiting area for 2 hours plus with no one checking up on us or for the very least giving me an update. I ended up having to go and find Darrel to give me an update as I was walking he told me my car was ready. More
