Great Staff and Service I'm always amazed at how quickly I'm able to get in and out for service at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa as compared to other Mercedes Benz dealers in the ar I'm always amazed at how quickly I'm able to get in and out for service at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa as compared to other Mercedes Benz dealers in the area. My service adviser Juan Macias is so pleasant to deal with and he provides me with updates on my repairs. The dealership is also gorgeous and provides something for everyone, if you need to get work done there is a quite area for you to work, they even have some single cubicles you can use if you want more privacy. excellent service from my visit to set up the appointment... to the delivery of my car to me ....it was flawless. Ellen told me the car would be tied up for around 1-1/ from my visit to set up the appointment... to the delivery of my car to me ....it was flawless. Ellen told me the car would be tied up for around 1-1/2hr. and it was just under that and it was washed and vacuumed ! she advised me 2 times during the repair where we were during the service. this is very important to me as I am in sales and was on a schedule I had to keep thank you very much!
