Mark was transparent and genuinely interested in finding the vehicle that met our needs. Jalen the product specialist was very helpful in reviewing the features and settings. The ratings buttons above did not work. I rate the experience as 10 out of 10. Fair price, excellent customer service, knowledgeable staff, pleasant experience, great car. My next car will be purchased at Tampa MB. More

Lack of quality expected We paid for the car to be detailed, it came back still marked all over with tar spots! Over charged us for the detail job. It was on a special. We requested a repair or replacement of radio, it still cuts our and says no service frequently! We had no scratches or marks on the car (NONE) and it came back with a mark on the back bumper! We were charged $3.50 for a quart of windshield washer fluid. Any place else that is part of the oil change service and what is with the shop supplies fee of $48.74 Wiper blades $59.00 and $11.00 to replace rear wiper blade. Don't they check these things before they change them? The back wiper blade has never been turned on!!!!! CLEAR ADVANTAGE PROGRAM, free windshield wipers for life! Mercedes-Benz of Tampa is not customer friendly when it charges these ridiculous fees! More

My car was returned to me after four days without all done I had to ask for manager in order to get my problem solved.
