Well done I have been receiving offers, emails and phone calls from Mercedes as my Crown lease was coming to an end in January 2016. I responded to every one w I have been receiving offers, emails and phone calls from Mercedes as my Crown lease was coming to an end in January 2016. I responded to every one with questions, then I wouldn't receive any response to my questions. After the 10th exchange in 10 months where Anthony Diamond from Crown just "went blank" and did not respond, I brought my car in to MB of Tampa Bay on Dale Mabry for service and told them about the problems I was having. Within minutes, we were touring the lot and discussing how to move out of the lease most comfortable. The F&I person did not pressure use. There is still some issue with two hours waiting for car prep and paperwork that would be done without us in the offie, (it took 3 hours at Crown in 2012), but for those of us who do not want to spend the day at the Dealer, it was much better than prior experiences getting a new car or service. More

It literally had the 6 things I wanted in my next MB (crazy that was so hard to find!). Shedrick, Jerry, and the rest of the MB-Tampa team that helped me were all really great. I would definitely travel from Orlando to Tampa to purchase another vehicle from them. Thanks! More
