No pressure to buy as their only concern is your total satisfaction. I can sum up my overall confidence with Cary and Mercedes of Tampa by purchasing this GLE 400 over the phone. Somehow, Cary felt I would really enjoy the new GLE's and how well built they are with all the options that are available. I had bought from Cary previously and found him willing to go the extra mile so I gave him the color and options with stress of engine. It took him two days to find me a total match and called me. We meet at the dealership and drove the GLE and finalized the deal. A couple hours well spend with me going home with a truly fantastic SUV. He introduced me to my work team and I'm good to go. More

My fiancé and I don't live in Tampa, so Frank and Jerry in finance even stayed late after closing to wrap up the paperwork. It was an overall wonderful experience and it also helps that the dealership is absolutely beautiful and pristine. Will come back for the next Benz and will surely recommend to others! Lack of communication The service center called late the 2nd day to say my car was ready, I got there and before I pulled away I could see the issue was not fixed. Was told 4 different things about what was fixed. I asked to speak with the store manager on Monday, never received a call. After I called back Wednesday I finally spoke with him. He said I would be called back the next day. The following Tuesday I had to call before we spoke. More

Gary Green, our salesman located the car that we wanted while it was still on the ship and he brought it into Tampa just in time for a wonderful Christmas present. After purchase, Rick Acosta patiently put the instrument panel through it's paces and Jared White linked us with the added items that we needed. Yes, I would recommend this dealership! Now, my grandson will get my 2002 E320 that is running perfectly, every bit as peppy as on day-one. MB of Tampa had serviced that car since we bought it in 2002 and it has thousands of miles left in it! More
