I called them to see how much a service A oil change for E350 would be and got 3 different prices and the receptionist was very rude and the guy in service was saying that they won't give a rental any more and I'd have to wait 1 to 1 & 1/2 hour (that was never the case they always gave rental) & I usually don't mind but I just got out of work I was tired. Spoke to service manager and he fixed everything very well mannered but when I got there the rental car had food on the floor and smelled like cigarettes and of course the price the manager told me went up to when it was time to pay. More
