Dan Willing is the best! I had a problem with our Mercedes SUV. Trouble with the acceleration. It was " fixed " but recurred. Much time was spent trying to get the vehicle to I had a problem with our Mercedes SUV. Trouble with the acceleration. It was " fixed " but recurred. Much time was spent trying to get the vehicle to repeat the problem. After 200 miles of road tests still no repeat. I suggested I would take the car home. Dan said no. He wanted to keep trying to identify the problem. He asked one of the shop foremen to drive it home. This time it repeated its problem and the service team was able to find the problem, repair it and the SUV works like a charm. Dan never gives up. He's the best. More

He was very patient in finding out what our needs were, and was very informative and knowledgable. He never haggled us with an endless string of emails, yet was in contact with us throughout the way and was super easy to get a hold of when we had a question. On the day we picked up the vehicle, Kevin introduced us to Chris, who assisted us with our financing. After that, We were introduced to Grace, who gave us a very thorough walk through of the vehicle, and we were on our way with our new GLC.
