Disappointed Definitely didn't feel the loyalty when looking for a new car. Particularly this was upsetting because my last 3 cars were Mercedes from Tampa. Dan Willing is the best! I had a problem with our Mercedes SUV. Trouble with the acceleration. It was " fixed " but recurred. Much time was spent trying to get the vehicle to I had a problem with our Mercedes SUV. Trouble with the acceleration. It was " fixed " but recurred. Much time was spent trying to get the vehicle to repeat the problem. After 200 miles of road tests still no repeat. I suggested I would take the car home. Dan said no. He wanted to keep trying to identify the problem. He asked one of the shop foremen to drive it home. This time it repeated its problem and the service team was able to find the problem, repair it and the SUV works like a charm. Dan never gives up. He's the best. More
