Call it good old fashion customer service, someone that takes pride in what they do or just a great overall person. Either way, Susan has a unique way of making her customers feel comfortable as well as the ability to slow things down in a very non-condescending manner. She’s extremely knowledgeable of the product and in the rare moments when she may not have the answer, she’s quick to partner with her coworkers and find you one.
