If you’re like me when bringing your car in for service, you fly in, have a thousand questions and need to leave as quickly as you’ve arrived. Call it good old fashion customer service, someone that takes pride in what they do or just a great overall person. Either way, Susan has a unique way of making her customers feel comfortable as well as the ability to slow things down in a very non-condescending manner. She’s extremely knowledgeable of the product and in the rare moments when she may not have the answer, she’s quick to partner with her coworkers and find you one. Most folks will tell you that they dislike having to take their car in for service, but I can honestly say that I look forward to it knowing that Susan will be there to greet me with a smile and handle my needs.
