Just purchased 4th MERCEDES from Tampa bay I'd like to start with how different this dealership is from the others. This is my 4th MB in 4 years from here. My salesperson from car #1 is and always will be Manny Mptias . He has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. He is professional,Courteous, knowledgeable and absolutely gives you 100% . I also can't say enough for the finance associate Jerry Cardine???? he was an absolute pleasure to do business with and in such a timely fashion. Kudos to this team! And their advisors. They always make me feel like family and the entire dealership does an outstanding job including the service department. More

Exceptional buying experience! I have had the pleasure of working with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa for the purchase of my last two cars. This time I bought a car that was basically pick I have had the pleasure of working with Mercedes-Benz of Tampa for the purchase of my last two cars. This time I bought a car that was basically picked out for me by Jordan Ritter, my sales rep. He is incredible to work with and I would and have recommended him to all of my friends and business associates. He takes the time to understand his customers needs and matches them up with the car that best suits their personal needs as well as their budget. Jordan takes a low pressure approach to car buying and truly wants whats best for his customer always. He goes above and beyond and always responds to my calls and texts even on his days off. Again, he goes above and beyond. Ron Wordon is also at an incredibly high level of customer service. He has worked with me on the purchase or both of my cars at the dealership. On this most recent purchase he made certain that I took the time I needed to fully experience my new SLK and insisted that I test drive the car for a day or so before I made the final commitment to purchase the car. Of course I signed the papers the next day! Jared White was great to work with in financing and made certain that I received the best rate possible. I can continue to rave about my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa but will close by saying that my experience with this dealership continues to be outstanding. I enjoy my visit to the dealership on a weekly basis for the complimentary car wash and coffee. It gives me a chance to stop by and say hi to everyone each week as they have all become friends.
