Exceeded expectations This was my first experience with Mercedes. I have been a BMW owner for 10+ years, the x5 and more recent the 645. Although my mind was set on the CLS This was my first experience with Mercedes. I have been a BMW owner for 10+ years, the x5 and more recent the 645. Although my mind was set on the CLS model i was a bit undecided on which version (400, 500, 550). Gary Green approached and inquired about my needs and was able to answer all my questions even with more detail that i had envisioned. A bit discouraged to learn that the car i wanted was not available for test drive and/or can take 1 month to arrive. We did test drive the AMG and immediately fell in love. The key to my whole experience, is nothing felt pushy or intimidating. We got down to business and the staff was very accommodating. Ron Wordon (General sales manager) came over to introduce himself and make sure my needs were being met. Buying a car is a long draining experience that takes hours but they made sure it went as smooth as can be, from beginning to end. I can not leave Adil Zidouhia who was extremely helpful with the financing. He gave us full disclosure and structured our lease terms to give us the best fit. He indeed went above and beyond what was expected. This will be a long-term relationship with Mercedes or Tampa after this experience. Great team work from beginning to the time i set foot in my new vehicle. CBS More

A Successful Salesman I looked online at the inventories of C300s at several dealerships. Mercedes-Benz of Tampa was the easiest to use and had more inventory to choose from. I made a phone call and spoke with Shredrick Payne. For two days we texted back and forth building the C300 I wanted. Shedrick was great to work with. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable and a good sense of humor. Once we agreed upon the car and approximate price I drove from Daytona Beach to Tampa, Fl. The car was ready for my inspection and to drive immediately upon my arrival. Buying a new car was not a new experience for me. But buying a new Mercedes-Benz was a new experience. Shedrick was so knowledgeable it made the experience more enjoyable. Within 15 minutes into the test drive I knew I was going to love being a Mercedes-Benz owner. Thanks to Shredrick, Bobby King, Matt De Costa and manager Brett Tatum. Rick is Awesome I have brought in my 2013 ML 350 for service before and have gotten less than optimum service from the other team members at this dealer. I called and asked if I could bring in the car during my lunch break and he was more than accomodating. Expecting to get a ride in their courtesy van (because none of the other service folks ever went out of their way to get me a loaner and I've been without one several times), Rick exceeded my expectations by offering me a clean and gassed up loaner so I could return to work. He called to let me know how the B1 maintenance was going and advised that I needed an alignment. He got both completed by the end of the day and even gave me a 20% off coupon/discount towards the repair. What a breath of fresh air! I don't have time to waste at MBOT and I have never gotten this level of service before Rick-in fact, I was looking to move away from MBOT and do business with another dealer as I hated their service department's lack of courtesy and service in the past (even after providing them with feedback)--I will only deal with Rick from now on. More

Above and beyond My son took me to this dealership in Tampa to look at Mercedes as I was in the market for a new leased car. Although I was just examining potential c My son took me to this dealership in Tampa to look at Mercedes as I was in the market for a new leased car. Although I was just examining potential cars, the salesman was extremely helpful. The dealership is gorgeous. After returning home (200 miles away) the salesman, Nas Hajjar, followed up with me and when I indicated I was interested in a C300 he offered to have the car delivered to me and have the paperwork done online. This was in addition to a significant price reduction. Sadly I decided against the car not because of the dealership or the salesman but because of the unique gear shift mechanism. However I would recommend both the dealer and Mr. Hajjar to anyone considering a vehicle. More
