Low-budget buyer treated like a fleet-order customer I was particularly impressed by my reception at a high-end dealership like this. As a strictly-budgeted buyer with a low limit, I expected that my bus I was particularly impressed by my reception at a high-end dealership like this. As a strictly-budgeted buyer with a low limit, I expected that my business wouldn't be particularly meaningful to the staff that is used to writing six-figure deals and a clientele that isn't as tight with their resources as I am forced to be with mine. I was wrong. I was treated just as if I were there to buy a fleet of top-of-the-line models. I was shown courtesy and respect, and most importantly, my sales representative, Mark Sheets, heard every word I said the first time, and worked within my limits, with no attempt at an up-sell. The care and sheer good manners shown to every customer, without regard for modest means or limitless ability to buy, is something any customer-service-oriented manager should emulate. They SHOULD, but they DON'T, and you can take that from someone who spent two futile days looking at two dozen other car lots. On top of all the comfort and enjoyable benefits of spending time at this excellent facility...I am still absolutely thrilled with my deal. I got a great vehicle at a very good price, and I don't feel as if I had to win a fist-fight to get it. It was actually an easy path to an agreement, and when we closed it with the last handshake, I felt as if there was simply no better car in the state to be had for comparable money. When I need a replacement vehicle, I may not END in this dealership, but I will certainly start there. (And I bet I won't need to go though all the lot-crawling and gamesmanship at any other place, because I want to buy my next vehicle here.) You simply cannot do better than this outfit. Outstanding First Time Mercedes Experience I initially went in to MB to view a couple of cars in person, that I had seen online. I came to MB with a GLA in mind and walked out with an E350. From beginning to end, This team worked together and diligently to put me in the car that I am extremely Happy with! I am very grateful for their patience and diligence. Mr. DeCosta who handled the paperwork was a pleasure to work with as well. Ms. Jaden Batten, who is a very well informed and a wonderful speaker, introduced me to the features of my new E350 (and yes, she used the ipad). We were the last ones in the building and everyone couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. I am most grateful to you all and intend on returning for my husband's purchase. More
