Everyone I dealt with was incredibly pleasant, and I never felt any pressure to buy. They were also very patient with me as I tested out other makes. They told me I'd be back for a Mercedes, and they were right! Let's face it, buying a car is never fun (until you finally drive away in your new car). These guys really did a good job of making it much less stressful than it could have been. The showroom is gorgeous, inventory extensive, and the "extras" really appreciated (complimentary car washes, airport parking/shuttle service, etc.). Quick and easy - as good as it gets! In the spirit of full transparency, I will tell you that I purchased a C-Class from MB of Tampa Bay about 10 years ago. Fast forward and I will tell you that our experience this past week was a complete contrast. My wife and I were looking to trade in our beautiful, but "seasoned" BMW X5. I called ahead and made Jonathan aware that we were interested in taking the CLK 350 for a test drive and that we were interested in getting a trade-in value on the BMW - and didn't want to spend hours to do so. When we arrived, Jonathan was ready with the keys and had the appraisal process ready to go. Less than an hour later, Jonathan and Zach presented a "more than fair" trade-in offer on the BMW ($250 more that our best offer) and an absolutely aggressive price on the barely-used CLK 350. Could not have been more pleased with the deal and the overall experience. Jonathan and Zach are amazingly pleasant to work with and 100% customer focused! I would recommend doing business with this dealer and, if you have the opportunity, Jonathan and Zach. Our experience was unforgatable! Honestly, I did not want to come to any car dealers due to experiences that we had years ago. We requested information throughout internet. Mr. Welty quickly responded to our email and sent us a list of cars. Later, he gave us a follow-up call. I told Mr. Welty that we were planning to buy a car in November. He was very polite and did not push us at all. I was expecting for him to call me everyday then ready to block his number. I noticed that he was different seller and respected our wishes without calling us everyday. Last week, he called us to let us know about labor day deal. At the moment , I contacted my husband to let him know, but he was still not sure about going to the dealer. Finally, I told him that we have Mr. Welty and he agreed to go. When we arrived, the staff was very polite and called Mr. Welty. He educated us about the car and created a trust almost immediately. At the moment, we start thinking seriously to buy a car. In general, Mr. Welty is one of the best sellers that I had met so far. This proves that you do not have to pester customers to have a sale.
