Moreover, Jonathan and his Manager Zach really went above and beyond to meet my personal customer satisfaction. A small unfortunate and uncontrollable event happened (I repeat uncontrollable from their end) however, what Chris and Jonathan did was far beyond what I ever expected to receive from a dealership in general. Their turned their focus on making the situation the most positive outcome when honestly was not their responsibility to. I am very pleased by this dealership in general and the sales dpt is at the top of my charts. In all honesty, I always pictured simply shopping any dealership and going after price, however this has definitely changed my vision and they have earned us as a future customer. Lastly, I would personally recommend Jonathan as one of his great competency is to quickly adapt to your needs; I.e. If you have done your research on the vehicle, he will not bore you with vehicle specifications, if you want to discuss price only-he will simply do that, if no car is available to match your needs- well he will not waste your time...
