I'm an out of town buyer and working with Jonathan Welty and Zackery Kelley on finding my new vehicle and negotiating the final figures was as straight forward as can be without any games or run around. Jonathan answered all of my questions and requests and Zackery literally made the deal happen! Everything was as described and their professionalism was very appreciated. Ryan Saldanha was not only very well versed with the MB Financial promotions and specials offered during the signing of all the paperwork and made the entire process very smooth and uncomplicated. This dealership was even accommodating to some of my requests that Claudio Lindin, the service manager, and Sue Cardoso, my service advisor, took it upon themselves to make everything perfect and how I wanted it before I left the dealership for the day to drive back out of town, respecting my time and accommodating my requests outside of the context of the vehicle purchase.
