Incredible Customer Experience I can honestly say that I have never had a more wonderful customer experience than when Robert Weisgal was helping me at Mercedes-Benz. I went in look I can honestly say that I have never had a more wonderful customer experience than when Robert Weisgal was helping me at Mercedes-Benz. I went in looking to lease a vehicle, and he completely exceeded my expectations. This was my first time financing a car on my own, and he made me feel very comfortable right from the start. I never felt pushed or swayed; he listened to my needs and suggested accordingly. That being said, I couldn't be happier with my new 2015 CLA250. Usually when working with multiple people, customers can feel overwhelmed and pushed around when being handed off. Robert never made me feel that way and introduced me to many employees - making me feel right at home. The biggest takeaway for me was when Robert helped me sort out my auto insurance. I came to the dealership on my own knowing nothing about car insurance. He waited with me while I was on the phone with several companies to make sure that I was getting the best rate. This was when my trust in him was sealed. What other car salesman would go above and beyond like that? Overall, I had an incredible experience at Mercedes-Benz because of Robert, and I strongly recommend that others go see him! More

Julie went above and beyond to ensure that I found the car that was the right fit for my tastes and my budget (and it was not the one I originally came in for so it took some patience). Once I decided on the model, she found the car for me as it was not on the lot. All throughout the process she was positive, patient and straight forward. I really appreciate her approach and the experience is one that I am happy to write about.
