Surprises around every corner! Neither of us knew much about the smart car, other than it was cost effective to drive. The showroom was clean, their commitment to helping the community is apparent and the perks to owning one of their vehicles is AMAZING! Free parking and shuttle service to TPA and car washes/detailing free for as long as you own the car. Oil needs to be changed every 10,000 miles and the car averages 40 miles to the gallon. Mind = Blown. There was a miscommunication with some information, so not only were some of our costs reduced, but they threw in the oil changes for free and called back to let me know the dealership was going to cut me a check for what I had paid. A+ for customer service. More
As pleasant a car-buying experience as you could hope for. After researching several options, we narrowed the field to three cars, including the Mercedes Benz C300. We sent Internet inquiries to several dealers, including Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. Within a half an hour or so we were contacted by a young Internet sales rep, Luis Garcia. In the course of three phone calls over the next hour, Luis and his sales manager identified a car with the bells and whistles we wanted and leasing terms that met our requirements. We went down to the dealership later that afternoon, test drove the car and loved everything but the color. No problem. Luis escorted us to a rooftop parking lot where we found the same model with the same features in the color we wanted. Dealing with the finance manager is rarely a pleasant part of buying a new car, but this was a notable exception. Adil Zidouhia was professional, forthright and gracious in answering our questions and guiding us in making choices. As we left the dealership, my wife and I agreed that our experience with Adil made it even more likely that we would return to Mercedes-Benz of Tampa when the time comes to buy another car. More

I bought a car this year from Cody Raza, it was a pre-owned. He was very nice and so easy to talk to. It was a very smooth deal. Came back three weeks after, and had it serviced. First time to meet Ron Wordo and welcomed me as if I was a customer for a long time and said "don't worry we will take care of you". THEY REALLY DID !!. Dustin Rogers was the best. He was so patient and really gave quality time to me no matter how busy he was. Mercedes Benz of Tampa does not just sell cars and then ignore you after they get paid. I truly believe that when you buy a vehicle from them, they treat you as part of the family. They are proud on what they do and want to share that pride to their customers by giving EXCELLENT SERVICE. I really felt good after my service was done. They really do care. There was no 'haggling' and he did not pressure me in any way. We negotiated the price, did the paperwork, scheduled pick up, closed the sale. DONE! He even took care a minor problem with one of rims before I pick up the GL. No problem. I highly recommend dealing with Kevin. More
