Last September, I came into the dealership to buy a car and m I can't say enough good things about the service and professionals at Mercedes of Tampa. Last September, I came into the dealership to buy a car and my salesman, Brandon, has been truly amazing. Not only was he very professional and knowledgeable about the different models, he was very accommodating with my requests. Since buying the car, I have been working mainly with Susan in the service department. I come in every couple of weeks or so for a car wash (free anytime with the purchase of a car) and she always greets me with a big smile, genuinely happy to see me walk in the door. Recently I needed a ride to the airport and didn't want to leave my car at my apartment. Instead, Mercedes allowed me to leave my car at the dealership while I was away and the service department gave me a ride to the airport. When I came back from my trip, my car was waiting for me, washed and all taken care of. Susan did a great job of orchestrating the logistics and everything turned out wonderfully. I was yet again impressed by the level of care and professionalism at this dealership when I walked in today for a car wash. My car really needed to be washed, but when I pulled up, I realized that the service department closed just 15 minutes prior. Disappointed that I might not be able to get my car washed, I ran into Joey from product concierge at the smoothie bar and he asked how everything was going. I explained that I came in for a car wash but that it probably wasn't going to happen today. Instead of just letting me leave, he took it upon himself to take my car to the car wash area of the dealership, and proceeded to wash it himself as I watched. I was astounded to see a guy in professional clothing unafraid to get his hands a little dirty to make a customer walk away happy. I am so thankful for what he did and he saved me a 30 minute commute to come back another day. Honestly, if I could give this dealership 10 stars instead of 5, I would. Their service and friendliness is truly unparalleled, and they make you feel like you are their most important customer every single time you walk through their doors. Vanessa More

Best Experience Except for Receptionists I can honestly say this was the best car buying/leasing experience my wife and I have ever experienced. This is our second vehicle from Mercedes of Ta I can honestly say this was the best car buying/leasing experience my wife and I have ever experienced. This is our second vehicle from Mercedes of Tampa and we are glad we came back. The first time around we had a bad experience with a salesman who is no longer there, but we came back because of the great deal we got and the finance manager Zack. I met Richard Harris months ago and told him the bad time we had last time and what I was looking for. He keep us in mind and contacted us when he could work out the best deal for us on our new lease. I highly recommend Richard Harris and finance manager Ryan Saldanha. However, my wife and I were surprised at how unpleasant and rude the receptionists were to us when we first arrived. The greeting my wife and I received from the receptionist was, "Are you guys okay?", followed up by a role of the eyes when we asked for Richard as if we were bothering her. I would expect a place like this would want to have their clients greeted positively and professionally. As a Director of a service related business, I would expect Mercedes of Tampa would understand the importance of first impressions. If it were not for the working relationship I had built with Richard, my wife and I would have left. Big THANK YOU to Richard, and we look forward to seeing you soon!! We love the 2015 C class! More
