First Mercedes 2015 S550 (buy the best, only cry once) This was my first Mercedes, so obviously I went straight to the 2015 S550, totally skipping th C and E class. Michael called me after a quick internet search and right as I was pulling into the dealership to check out the cars. While I had test driven the 2014 last year He took the time to go over all the features of the car vs the older model. Within 20 mins we made the deal with zero hassle and it was off to get detailed for the ride home. I had purchased two 2013 Cadillac's from Dimmit last year (turned in my 2013 XTS for the S550, still have the 2013 SRX) and I thought I knew what good service was until I went to MB of Tampa. Would recommend this dealership and Michael to anyone looking for a much higher level of customer service than the average dealership. More

Mike, my go-to service guy is the quintessential gentleman: patient, pleasant and extremely professional. He promptly introduced me to Richard Harris with whom I set up a follow-up appointment in a couple of days. Over the course of 2 visits that week he patiently walked me through several cars & test-drives. He was patient, kind, professional & wasn't pushy in any way. He is also a great conversationalist which made the test-drives super enjoyable. Wow, what a difference from my non-luxury brand days! At the end of my second visit, I was ready to make a decision & Ryan finalized my paperwork without further ado. The entire process was effortless, pleasant, enjoyable & I was treated with the utmost dignity & respect. Richard capped off this fine experience with a box of artisanal William Dean chocolates in addition to the other treats ( tank of gas, Godiva etc). Thank you team! More
