I've purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime and purchasing a car can be unpleasant. Prior to arriving, I spoke to Julie and she knew my interest was in a used Miata, not a brand new Mercedes. She was there to greet me with a wonderful smile and went far beyond my expectations! Ryan Saldanha had all the paperwork ready. I finished with Ryan within 20 minutes. I know, hard to believe but true! Buying a car? Mercedes-Benz of Tampa can not be beat!!!! More

Mark Gray was knowledgeable, responsive, and made it easy to decide on the right car and make arrangements to come in and test drive it (he even came in on his day off to meet us) Matt made the paperwork easy and fast. Bailey did a great job explaining the features of the car at delivery. I am looking forward to the experience of owning this car, especially to the dealership's offer to pick the car up for service--I work a demanding schedule, and this extra service is very appreciated.
