We went to numerous competitor dealerships and not one came close to matching the experience we had at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. Even though we showed up 20 minutes prior to close on a Wednesday night, Robert Weisgal graciously greeted us and spent over an hour explain the features of the car and taking us for a test drive. Instead of pushing a sale, Robert was genuinely interested in finding the right car for us. In addition to the exceptional service we received from Robert, the overall experience of the dealership exceeded our expectations. It is very apparent that customer satisfaction and retention is the number one priority at Mercedes of Tampa and because of this, we will be customers for life. More

After communicating with Jonathon Welty for a few days, he met as at the door and seemed genuinely more concerned about our experience than buying a new car. From Jonathon to Ryan the business manager to Jaden the car technician the attention that we received was overwhelming. Our service advisor, Casey Cash, knows our family, our history and amazingly, everything about our car. To date, Casey has been instrumental in making sure our Mercedes is 100% perfect, even though we have some minor problems with a programming error in seat position, our air conditioner climate control and fading wood trim. Our 2011 Mercedes E350 Bluetec is now four years old and it still feels and runs like it is brand new. Thank you Mercedes of Tampa Bay! More

She was there to greet me with a wonderful smile and went far beyond my expectations! Ryan Saldanha had all the paperwork ready. I finished with Ryan within 20 minutes.
