Worst Experience Ever I had my 2007 c230 towed to the service station on Sunday. On Tuesday I finally had someone call me back, and I spoke with Dustin in the service depa I had my 2007 c230 towed to the service station on Sunday. On Tuesday I finally had someone call me back, and I spoke with Dustin in the service department. He gave me the price for my cracked intake manifold. When I bought the car a few months ago it was supposed to be "Mercedes Benz quality." However, just over 2000 miles later it has this issue. The repair price seemed high to me, so I asked if there was any way to get that down. I was then transferred to Dave. Dave agreed that it seemed high and said he would call me back. After not receiving a call back I reached out to him (7 times in 5 days), left messages, and finally on Friday was able to talk with him. I explained my frustration with this situation and his response was, "Well what do you want me to do about it?" Well, considering I had waited three days for a phone call from him, that would have been a good start. Unbelievable. He then told me that I should take my car to another place, and could get the repair done for half the price. Seriously?? How about standing by your product and service? I am astounded at the lack of professionalism, lack of customer service, and lack of follow up I received. Dave just cost Mercedes Benz my business, and I highly recommend that everyone else go see someone else if they must deal with Mercedes in the future. More
