Fantastic Experience I began my quest for a GLK 350 online. Within an hour of my online request I received a call from Andrew Boyers, internet sales person. This was the most pleasant and relaxing conversation I have experienced thus far. Andrew suggested I come in for a test drive and emailed directions when I told him I was new to the Tampa Bay area. Things were even more pleasant upon meeting Andrew. He has a fantastic smile that welcomes you like a close friend. The test drive was in the new blue tek which has a diesel engine. Andrew explained the pros and cons of both the gas and diesel and I decided to stick with gas. Finding a car with the options I wanted was a challenge but Andrew came through. Andrew kept me updated throughout the search process. The car arrived in a few days after my visit and I was introduced to Matt Juron in the finance department. Here comes the scary part. NOT! Here I am speaking with Matt like I have known him for years. We talked, we joked, I signed. Matt introduced me to his colleagues from NY, who in turn introduced me to a colleague who lives in Fishhawk. (My nabe). This was best car purchasing experience ever. At no time did I feel I was being pressured to buy a car. Did I mention the great trade-in on my C230?! More

We shopped all weekend in Sarasota & Bradenton to find either overpriced or high mileage jokers as salesman. I was fed up!! I have bought many cars in the past unfortunately now we are just recovering from the loss and getting to start over. Keith was an absolute dream to deal with. With our credit issues I was afraid to go to Mercedes even though I have bought 3 before losing my great job and being upside down on my home. We were treated no differently than anyone in there. I was shocked Keith and I did everything via phone and text. I didn't want to make a trip for nothing so he accommodated and was extremely had me at ease. I headed there he wasn't pushy at all. I was pulling in and he was waiting in the parking lot. He assessed my trade. Walked with us to see my beautiful SUV and we took it for a ride. He gassed it up and treated us so well. I really was so afraid of the way I assumed with my credit challenge. He had us in finance within 20 min. I can't stress enough Keith Anderson is the BEST!! From this day forward he will be my salesman for life! Mercedes Benz of Tampa you truly have the BEST employee in Keith!! He's one in a million to us!! More

The only one on your lot was a little out of our price ran We came in to test LK350, my husband had made his mind up this would be his retirement car. The only one on your lot was a little out of our price range. Your sales reps really tried. I kept checking to see if it was still available. and after a couple of weeks not only was it still on your lot but the price had dropped to our price point. I called, all sales reps were in the morning meeting. Happy to say my call was returned immediately and a deposit was taken over the phone to hold the car. Keith Anderson went over and above, even though it was his day off. Shedrick Payne greeted us and completed our deal. I love the way your sales reps work together for what is best for the customer. They both were awesome. More
Customer Service is Impressive I bought a used 2007 G6 convertible from Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay. The car was sold with electrical issues, which was not disclosed at the time of I bought a used 2007 G6 convertible from Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay. The car was sold with electrical issues, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The gas gauge did not work, which I did not discover until it was time to fill up the tank. In less than 30 days the check engine light started to come on and I got a check gas cap indicator message. This was all within less than 30 days of driving off the lot. In less than 3 months of purchasing the vehicle, the convertible top did not go down into the trunk. Dick Norris basically told me they could not repair the convertible top, however Crown Buick GMC was able to remove a Cosmetic boot cover to make it functional! When this issue was raised with the Mercedes Benz of Tampa Bay management team, I was offered a full refund of the G6 MINUS $.50 per mile usage fee. I find it very admirable that the Mercedes Benz of Tampa recognized that the G6 did not meet the vehicle standards that are typically sold at their dealership. As a result, they made a conscious decision to rectify the issue, at the expense of their profit margin. I have mixed feelings regarding the final review rating as my initial impression was very poor, but based on subsequent interactions, I am impressed with the level of integrity shown by the Mercedes Benz of Tampa management team.
