Service Excellence My trip to Mercedes Benz dealership was very pleasant and from the moment I stepped out of my car, someone greeted me and asked if I had been helped. My trip to Mercedes Benz dealership was very pleasant and from the moment I stepped out of my car, someone greeted me and asked if I had been helped. I informed the Customer Service Representative that I was looking for Schedric. She then escorted me into the main floor area and went to check on Schedric's status. She came back within 5 minutes, informed me that he was with a customer, but should return soon. The internet sales manager came up and said that if Schedric was not back soon, he would have someone help me. However, that was not necessary as Schedric showed up shortly thereafter. He seemed to be very gregarious. He showed me pre-owned and new cars based on my input to him. However, when I drove the E350 (2014), it was a wrap. I wanted that car, the drive was wonderful and comfort amazing. After returning to the dealership, I was introduced to the Finance Manager, Lorenzo Hubbard. He was the best finance guy I have ever worked with regarding getting into a new vehicle. He worked with me to ensure that I as the customer got the best deal possible. My experience with both Schedric and Lorenzo was excellent and because of how I was treated as a customer, I will recommend this dealership to my friends who might be in the market to lease or purchase a new car. I cannot express completely the excellent service I received and I look forward to a long customer relationship with Mercedes Benz of Tampa. More

This experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I feel Jared White, Matt Juron, the GM and Amanda all showed a level of customer service and satisfaction that is unparallell. I had purchased a car from Mercedes-Benz of Tampa in 2008 and had a good experience then. When I leased my vehicle from them this time, it was a great experience. I had come from a 3 hour session at another, and had a good experience then. When I leased my vehicle from them this time, it was a great experience. I had come from a 3 hour session at another, non Mercedes-Benz dealership where they kept wanting to go back and forth on price and wanted me to commit to purchasing from them before I had left there and went to Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. I had not seen the new CLA 250 in person and love the exterior design of it, however after sitting in it, I found it was too small. Keith took me to the roof where they had a large selection of C-class models, of which I had purchased before in 2008. We were able to find a C350 Sport Sedan which is not a common version of that vehicle, and we took it for a test drive. We also took a test drive in the E-class as well, and after getting back to the dealership after the test drive, we went inside to talk numbers. I wanted to keep close to the same payment I was currently making on my Hyundai Santa Fe and put little down. He came back with a price sheet that showed a grid of what payments would be based off of 2k, 3k and 4k down, along with lease terms of 24, 36 and 48 months for the E-class. It was more than I wanted to pay, so I asked for the same numbers based off the C350. He came back less than 5 minutes later with the C-class sheet and the numbers were perfect. I contacted the other dealership and told them that I had a better offer and was formally declining the offer they had made. The other dealership took 3 hours to even show me the first number, and at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa, I had numbers within 20 minutes after finishing my test drives. I was so happy to get back into the C-class again!!! Thank you MBoT!!!! More
