Keith was very professional and courteous throughout, and worked with us as far as the price. We went in on a Sunday at 2:30, and as Keith had a rare day off, Julie helped me with the car - she answered many questions, she gave Jerry and me all the time needed to inspect the vehicle, and she even set up the bluetooth for my iPhone. I never felt she was pushing to sell me something, rather helping me learn more about the car. Likewise Ryan in Finance was very professional and courteous, taking time to explain options and advising on them, again without rushing or being 'pushy.' By 5pm, after only 2 1/2 hours, I drove my new baby home, just thrilled. I brought it back on Wednesday for the interior/exterior protection package. Dave with Service arranged a beautiful loaner car for me and I finally got to meet Keith from Sales. The coffee shop drinks are delicious and it gives young people with autism the opportunity to learn a valuable skill. To me this shows this dealership's commitment to the community. The first salesman I dealt with at the dealership was the wonderful Bob Grasso-sadly he passed away. Since 2010 we've been fortunate to have Manny Mptias as our salesman-he is a mind reader-he always finds the perfect car in stock for us. The sales process is very easy-Manny and Tom the sales manager are aware of all the helpful information on the web and are very transparent and honest in their negotiations. I have always found that I have been treated more than fairly. Lorenzo Hubbard who does the final paperwork and financing is very experienced, patient and explains all the paperwork clearly. In addition a staff member goes through all workings of the new car which can be daunting-this is very helpful. Finally the dealership makes returning a leased car unbelievably simple.
