When my 33 month lease was coming to an end Feb. 1st, I was not sure if I was going to try a different brand. I test drove an Audi and did really liked it, I debated moving my business to Audi at the Reeves dealership. However, working Kevin Cao and Ryan Saldanha made me remember why I always end up choosing to stay with Mercedes -Benz. There are a variety of great cars on the market at a competitive price point. It is the customer service and attention to detail that is what truly matters. Having an employee go that extra mile to close a deal. Kevin went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, help me set up blue-tooth, answering text messages with countless questions. Ryan helped my finalize and understand the details of my lease. At this point, I had been at the dealership for several hours. He worked diligently to get all my paperwork done and answer all of my questions about my lease. Although, it was well after the time the dealership had closed about 8:40pm to be exact, he did not make me feel rushed at all. Taking the time to explain the service package to me and why it would be advantageous that I buy it this time. Ryan and Kevin both did an outstanding job, I would recommend them to a friend or family member. More
Keith Anderson and Matt Juron made my lifetime dream come true. They made me feel like I was one of their family members. So calm with wonderful peaceful spirits. They didn't rush me just to make a sale. Even though it was late in the evening and they were very close to closing. Keith took the time to help me take everything out of my old car and placed in the new car. Now,that's customer service, especially since it was pouring raining and he was already soaked to the bone from showing me cars in the rain. Matt stayed late and did all the paperwork with a smile on his face. These guys should never leave Mercedes-Benz. We need more people in the world like them. Thanks so much! This dealership was my 4 stop, the last two days of the month. I was greeted at the door, Antonio introduced himself to me and the individuals with me. I explained that I was looking at a couple of vehicles based on my research. Antonio got the vehicle I was interested in (it was raining) and brought it to the front. Took me on a a really good area to test drive the vehicle (great location)! I let Antonio know that I was going to one more dealership to test drive another vehicle and would make my decision either that day (1/31) or the next day. I advised him I didn't care that it was the last day of the month. I received not pressure from Antonio to get the deal done before the end of the month. This was a first for me in this purchasing experience. High pressure from the other dealerships turned me off to what they had to offer. I made my decision after my next test drive and returned before close of business. The dealership was very busy, last day of the month, but everyone was very courteous and Antonio checked on me several times during my wait to close my deal. Again, first time this has happened in my experiences with buying a car. More

I visited quite a few new car dealerships in an effort to trade my personnal vehicle on a used or new car. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I visited Mercedes-Benz Tampa and was immediately impressed wit trade my personnal vehicle on a used or new car. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I visited Mercedes-Benz Tampa and was immediately impressed with the fantastic team of employees eager to help me discover my next vehicle. Chad Close assisted me with model information, test drives and appraisal of my trade. Chad provided good information on the model line up, to which I had numerous questions. He was patient and offered to assist in any way possible. During our test rides Chad encouraged me to take my time and experience what each vehicle offered, which was appreciated. Later Chad explained all of the "perks" to purchasing a car from his dealership, including free car washes, loaner vehicles, airport shuttle, etc. The sales team provided me with the best trade in value of any dealer (and brand) that I visited and showed me various options to put me into a new vehicle vs. previously owned. The sales manager (name?) treated me with the upmost of respect - even though I doubt I fit into the typical "high end vehicle purchaser profile" - again, much appreciated that anyone that comes to the dealership seems to be immediately part of the family. Once I decided on a vehicle, the process was extremely smooth start to finish. All paperwork was completed quickly and then I was assited by Ryan in finance - but not before being offered complementary beverages at their coffee bar (which is very nice by the way!). Ryan was very professional and easy to speak too. He explained anything that I had questions about and finalized the purchase in record time. He took extra time to explain the pre-paid maintenance plan which I had no intention of purchasing at first, but ended up taking after his thorough walk through. Afterwards I took delivery with Bailey McColl who explained specific features of my new car, set up my smart phone and went through various pre-set functions. She explained what services were offered and later followed up with me (without being pushy!) regardind the Mbrace trial offer. From arrival to driving home I'd say I was there about 3.5 hours - 1.5 hours of that was looking at and test driving, the rest was the purchase process - very efficient! In a nut shell, I'd go back in a minute and recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to be treated as the next member of the Mercedes-Benz family. Thank you all for a job well done. More
Friendly people, very professional, and a large selection of cars. "Sales Event" details were not clear to everyone until we were in the Finance office signing the contract, then the parameters of the con of cars. After some debate we met Mercedes-B halfway on the difference. Would be better if known when negotiating. Still had to pursue my service follow up despite the promised appointment as we departed. Crossing fingers that descrepancies will get fixed. Service manager was great on the phone, conciere hasseled me and provided little value. More

On January 22/2014 I went to Mercedes Benz of Tampa, Florida to look for a new vehicle.
