Andrew was patient and communicated via email and phone to address additional concern and he never become a sales pest!. Financial dealing went smoothly and Mercedes was able to beat my Pre approved loan APR which was great! Lastly, Julie was great at making us feel welcomed and placing the temp tags on the vehicle.
